    1. Fill out the creative brief form or just email Michelle and let her know how quickly you need the photos delivered to check availability or discuss a specific budget.

    2. Include any branding guidelines, requirements, deliverables, and page layouts with copy.

    3. Book a time and day. Breaking up the session with 2 hours before and after lunch is also fine and can accommodate staff availability and hospital environments.

    4. Write up a schedule with timeslots for each scene and a shot list, including room numbers and who is in the photo.

    5. Ensure everyone is presentable on the day, paying special attention to safety gear and protocols that will be captured in the photos.
