The primary challenge was working within an extremely tight schedule, covering various nursing activities across different departments while minimising disruption to patient care.

We adopted a highly mobile and adaptable approach, using a small, portable setup that allowed us to work efficiently around busy staff and patients.

Process:
Over a 4-hour premium photography package, we moved swiftly through various hospital areas, including wards, operating theatres, and corridors. Many staff were approached on the day, requiring quick direction and adaptability. We captured a mix of staged and candid shots, focusing on teamwork, patient interactions, and the use of medical equipment.
Outcome:
The photoshoot produced a wide variety of high-quality images that have been used in Alfred Health's nursing annual report and website. The versatility of the shots, from detailed medical procedures to candid staff interactions, provided Alfred Health with a comprehensive visual narrative of their nursing team.
