Child Safety & Wellbeing Commitment

As a professional photographer working within school environments, the safety and wellbeing of children and young people are my highest priorities. I operate in full alignment with the Victorian Child Safe Standards and maintain a proactive "Child Safe" culture in all my professional engagements.

My Commitments:

Zero Tolerance:

I have zero tolerance for child abuse and am committed to providing a safe environment for all students, including Aboriginal children, children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and children with disabilities.

Professional Conduct:

I maintain professional boundaries at all times. I do not engage in "1-on-1" sessions without a school staff member present or within direct line of sight.

Cultural Safety:

I am committed to creating a space where the diverse identities and experiences of all students are respected and valued.

Image Security:

All images are captured, processed, and stored on secure, encrypted hardware. Photos are used strictly for the purposes outlined in the school’s contract and are never used for marketing without explicit, written parental consent.

Compliance & Credentials:

WWCC (VIC):

I hold a current "Employee" status WWCC.
(Verification details provided privately to school administration).

Public Liability Insurance:

I maintain comprehensive Public Liability Insurance (up to $10M/20M).

Reporting:

I am trained to identify signs of harm and understand my responsibility to report any concerns immediately to the school’s Child Safety Officer.
