Base Call-Out Fee: $400 (1 photography session)

Covers initial setup, travel within the Melbourne metro area, professional equipment for high-quality image-making, business overheads, in-person booking and invoicing, and rapid download/upload to an online gallery.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

Invoicing occurs upon photo delivery, with payment requested within two weeks. Accepted forms of payment include credit card and bank account transactions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booked session within 48 hours of the shoot, a $400 call-out fee will apply.

Image Delivery

Images are delivered through our online gallery link. You can preview and select your portraits and download both high- and low-resolution files.

Usage Rights

The photographer retains copyright, respecting copyright laws. Michelle McFarlane grants usage rights for promotional and advertising purposes upon payment. Photographs cannot be resold to third parties.
