Alfred Health: Executive Team Headshots

Alfred Health, a leading Victorian public healthcare provider, needed high-quality headshots of their executive team for their website. The challenge was to capture professional portraits of busy executives within a tight timeframe, ensuring each individual was satisfied with their image before we left!

Our approach focused on efficiency and client satisfaction. We set up a portable studio next to the board meeting room at Caulfield Hospital, allowing us to photograph executives one at a time without significant disruption to their schedule. By tethering the camera to a laptop, we enabled immediate image review, ensuring each executive could select their preferred shot on the spot.

The photoshoot process was streamlined, with each executive allocated just 10 minutes. This efficiency was made possible through careful preparation, including sending out guidelines to participants beforehand. We also implemented a new file naming system, automatically saving images with the subject's name, which significantly reduced post-processing time.

For Peter Hunter, Director of Geriatric Medicine, we took additional shots in various hospital settings to provide more context to his role.

The results were overwhelmingly positive. We delivered a set of high-quality, consistent headshots that Alfred Health has use on their website. Each executive received their selected retouched image along with all other shots for personal use.
