Monash University: World Health Summit Regional Meeting 2024
MMP Studio was commissioned by Monash University to photograph the prestigious World Health Summit Regional Meeting 2024 in Melbourne, Australia. This three-day event brought together global health leaders, policymakers, and experts to shape the future of health across Asia and the Pacific.
Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre
Challenge: The primary challenge was to provide comprehensive photographic coverage of multiple concurrent sessions across six different rooms, including the Plenary at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Monash University, Vic Health, and WHS headquarters required immediate turnaround of images for real-time social media updates and global communications.

Solution: We deployed a two-photographer team, Michelle McFarlane and David Hannah, working in tandem with Monash videographers. This approach ensured thorough coverage of all key speakers and events. We implemented a streamlined workflow for rapid processing and delivery of images through a convenient online gallery, allowing immediate sharing with VicHealth and other stakeholders.
