Spring time in rural Australia

Driving through regional Victoria in Spring is quite special, especially when a bright yellow field of canola appears out of nowhere. Farmers have been having issues with people jumping into the fields and taking selfies so I was very happy that I had my drone.

Gundagai

On the way home I did a little stopover in Gundagai and got up nice and early for a shot of the town before the sun came up.

I was really impressed with Gunadagai. I small town near the Snowy Mountains that’s on the highway between Melbourne and Sydney. It’s worth stopping there for the pub or Niagara Cafe. Both art deco buildings and interiors have been restored to new and the people in town are proper country people. Super friendly and relaxed.
